1. What makes your tours senior‑friendly?
Our tours offer easy boarding, step stools, grab handles, climate‑controlled vehicles, relaxed pacing, and guaranteed restroom stops every +/- 90 minutes. Seniors enjoy comfortable seating, and personalized attention throughout the day.
2. Are your tours accessible for guests with limited mobility?
Yes. Although our vans are not fully fitted as accessible vans, we offer space for foldable walkers and mobility devices, and clear walking‑distance descriptions at every stop. Our guides assist with safe boarding and provide alternative viewpoints when needed. Please call for more details.
3. Do you offer family‑friendly tours for young children?
Absolutely. We provide space for strollers and diaper bags, kid‑friendly commentary, and options for parents to follow trek paths with shorter walking distances. Our predictable schedule is ideal for young ones.
4. Do you offer private tours?
Yes. We offer fully customizable private tours for families, seniors, associations, convention goers, and international groups. Private tours can be conducted in English, French, Italian or Spanish. The group can also bring their own guide if prefered. Please call or email for details.
5. What destinations do you visit?
We offer small‑group and private tours to the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Valley of Fire, Death Valley, Red Rock Canyon, various Ghost Towns, and other iconic locations across the American West.
6. Are your guides multilingual?
Yes. In addition to English, we can offer narration in French, Italian and Spanish, making our tours ideal for international travelers and multi‑generational families.
7. What is included in the tour price?
All tours include transportation in premium vans or sprinters, detailed commentary, bottled water, and assistance with mobility devices or strollers. Some tours include fees for park entrances and/or activities.
8. How big are your groups?
We specialize in small groups of 6–14 guests to ensure comfort, flexibility, and a personalized experience. However, we are doing monthly tours for larger groups when requested (or required) including in other languages (Chinese, German, Japanese, etc...)
9. What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend comfortable shoes, weather‑appropriate clothing and layers, sun protection, and a camera. For families, bring snacks and essentials for young children.
